COMMUNICATING SKILLS, PRODUCTION AND TERRITORY: "MAKING SYSTEM" FOR DEFENDING A HERITAGE.

To be released on No. 10 of December/January 2023 of Touchpoint magazine, Michele Moltrasio, President and CEO of the Gabel Group talks about the links that the Group has with the territory and the local initiatives it supports.

“We are committed every year to concretely support various local initiatives by participating in cultural events dedicated to dialogue and sharing of ideas because we believe it is very important to believe in values, in people, in the territory; last year - for example - through our two brands Gabel1957 and Somma1867 - we intervened in support of two important city events, the Lake Como Design Festival and the TEDxLakeComo.

The all-Italian approach of our company, in terms of production and collections, is  expressed through partnerships with local realities whose goal is to create aggregation and debate around current and contemporary issues. Do not forget that the Gabel Group was born in Rovellasca (CO) and has deep roots in this area: we strongly believe in collaborations with local excellence such as the Centro Studi Casnati, with whose students has been born a very profitable multi-year partnership: for our part we have had the opportunity to intercept and satisfy the multiform tastes of the teenagers; for students I think it can be an important step in their growth process, a nice stimulus to dialogue with an important Italian company, as if they were real members of an operational team.

Last but not least, the collaboration with Mantero Seta that next spring will see the presentation of the Ken Scott collection in all GabelCASA storesa and on our web site on line . Gabelgroup and Mantero Seta, two excellences in the textile sector that share their origins with their history, their competence, their solidity have built a strong and distinctive project that combines creativity, excellence, past and future, in a cheerful and colorful universe like that of Ken Scott.”
