OPEN FACTORY 2025
Gabel confirms its participation in the initiative organized by Open Factory, the most important industrial tourism and manufacturing culture event. Two days, Saturday, November 29th and Sunday, November 30th, 2025, of open doors that will allow you to experience firsthand the 100% Italian production chain of the Gabel Group, a Made in Italy excellence for the home since 1957.
The Company invites everyone to visit its headquarters in Rovellasca, Como, designed by architect Vittorio Gregotti in the early 1970s and ranked among the 100 most beautiful industrial locations in Italy. It takes visitors to discover the dyeing shop, classic and digital printing, the product ennoblement department, the Group's core logistics, the product and style office, the beating heart of the Company, and the historical archive, a unique asset in home textiles.
Guided tours by the Ciceroni di Gabel, organized from 2 to 6 pm for each day, where you can observe the machinery in operation up close, following the route that starts from the showroom, up to the rotary and digital printing, dyeing, product ennoblement and logistics departments. An immersive experience to learn about the history of the Company, which for over sixty years has stood out for its integrated and controlled production of the entire supply chain, sustainable and Made in Como.
This year, visitors will have the opportunity to participate in special shifts with special final focus groups, dedicated to the company's founding values: Made in ITALY supply chain quality, Product style and innovations, Sustainability, and Changes in Communication.
All shifts will be led by key company figures, who will accompany visitors along an experiential and engaging journey, enriched by interactive moments dedicated to the Group's various styles and brands and “Instagrammable” displays designed to enhance the creativity and identity of the brands.
Board members leading the shifts will include Michele Moltrasio, CEO and President, Massimo Moltrasio, Head of Product and Style, and Francesca Moltrasio, Head of Communications, who will share the company's vision and evolution with the public.
The initiative is open to the public – with free registration on the organizing body's official website - and all visitors will receive a special Gabel printed cotton shopper at the end of the tour, along with a reserved discount code valid at the GabelCASA store in Rovellasca.
